Frequantly Asked Questions
If you would simply like to exchange an item for something different, please return the original merchandise to us. You may
then place another order for the item(s) you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item(s)
back before placing the new order, however, any credit that you would receive from the return will not go into effect until
the item has been received and inspected by us.
Our Return Policy is the same for exchanging merchandise.

We pack each item carefully, and most items come individually wrapped in its own gift box. If something should arrive
damaged we will issue credit or send you replacements, but please allow enough time to receive the replacements via UPS
Ground Or postal service to Canada service.
Depending on the extent of the damages, we may request to pick up the damages and inspect them so that we may process a claim
with UPS. If we request to pick up the damages, we will have UPS pick up the damaged merchandise at no charge to you.
All damage or shortage claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the merchandise.
No claims will be accepted after 7 days.
International Orders (except Canada): We will assist you in filing a damage claim with UPS, as all international orders are
insured. We do not offer replacements or credit on damages.
