Delivery times are about 2-3 weeks, due to customs; orders can get slowed down. If you need asap please be sure to select Express Shipping.

The available methods of shipment is as follows:
Priority: 6 to 10 days on average.
Express: 3 to 5 days.

Shipping Charges

It is expensive to ship UPS internationally. This is why for most orders we will ship via regualr postal service. However, some items we will use UPS to insure the safest method for shipment. The rates are based on weight of the products ordered. We do not add any additional handling charges. You pay only what the exact rates are to ship the products to you. The Minimum charge will be $10.00

Returns

Damages

International Orders (except Canada): We will assist you in filing a damage claim with postal service, as all international orders are insured. We do not offer replacements or credit on damages. Please see our Damge Policy
