Return Policy

We pride ourselves in carrying high quality favors and accessories and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. Nevertheless, you can return anything except customized orders, personalized orders, engraved products, edible and confectionery merchandise, wearables which have been worn (i.e.- garters, jewlery), consumables (such as wedding bubbles), cameras, and closeouts for any reason or no reason.

You may return new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or full refund, less shipping costs. Please return items in their original packaging.

Please contact us for an RA (Return Authorization)number before returning your package. All Returns must have a RA number posted clearly on the outside of the return package or box.

For your protection, we suggest customers use a trackable shipping company, such as, UPS or FedEx. The ability to track your package will only guarantee your return gets handled safely.

Please insure your parcel back to us, as we will not be able to offer you credit on any merchandise which was damaged in return transit.

Returns that are received in excess of 14 days from the original UPS delivery date, but within 30 days of delivery, shall be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Under no circmstances do we accept returns past 30 days (one month), calculated from the UPS delivery date.

Who Pays Shipping Costs on a Return?

Customers are responsible for paying for return shipping, except in the instance where an error was made by us.

Return Authorization Numbers

All Returns or Exchanges must have a Return Authorization (RA) number posted clearly on the outside of the return package or box. To obtain an RA number, please call 631-243-1252 or email us at return@empireribbon.com. We will provide you with our return shipping address with the RA number. No returns will be processed without an RA number.

* Engraved Items
* Edibles and Confectionary Products
* Closeout Items
* ALL International Orders (except Canada)

PARTIAL REFUNDS
In the event an item is returned not in the original condition, a partial refund may or may not be issued.

NO REFUNDS ON:
*Items returned which were damaged during transit back to us. Please insure your parcel back to us, as we will not be able to offer you credit on any merchandise which was damaged in return transit.

*Returns past 30 days (one month), calculated from the UPS delivery date.

*Any items in the "Items Not Returnable" category (found above).

** International Orders (all countries, except Canada) International orders are not returnable under any circumstances. Execption: Canadian customers are subject to the standard return policy.

Cancellation Policy

Can I Cancel My Order?

Any orders that are not yet processed can be cancelled. Please note, because we normally ship within 72 hours, not all orders will be able to be cancelled. If you must cancel your order please contact us by telephone or email. Any personalized favors or engraved items cannot be cancelled or refunded once your order has been processed.
