How Do You Calculate Shipping Charges?
Shipping charges are based on weight of the products ordered. We do not add any additional handling charges.
You pay only what the exact UPS rates are to ship the products to you.
What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We use UPS, fedEx, & USPS to deliver all orders within the USA. We offer (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air) and standard Ground
Shipping. All International order are shipped via regualr postal service.
How Long Does it Take To Receive My Order?
-Personalized ribbon orders are shipped 3-4 buisness days from ordering, rush print is offer which is shipped out
(Next Buisness Day).
-All other personalized orders are shipped within 7-10 buisness days from ordering.
-In most instances we are able to ship non-personalized within 3 buisness days from ordering, but during the busy wedding
season, processing time can extend up to 7 business days.
Once your order has been shipped the following time frames are average if you selected Standard as an option:
For Orders shipped to NY/NJ/CT/PA: 1 to 2 business days
East Coast, other than the states above: 3 to 4 business days
Central and Midwest US: 3 to 6 business Days
West Coast USA: 4 to 6 business days
Rural West Coast Areas, AK, HI and PR: 7 to 10 business days.
Internaional Orders:
Priority: 6 to 10 days on average
Express: 3 to 5 days.
** Foreign Orders, Please Note: Orders to rural destinations may take additional delivery times. We can not guarantee
delivery dates to rural destinations.
